Online Orders + Returns

LOCAL PICKUP

All orders must be picked up within 3 days. Orders can be picked up inside Two Chicks District Co. Our hours are Monday 10am-5pm, CLOSED Tuesday & Wednesday, Thursday -Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11pm-4pm. Please show your order confirmation at the register to collect your order.

Once items leave the store, they are the responsibility of the person picking up the order, and liability for any damages that occur once the items have left the store are the sole responsibility of said person. No refunds will be given for items damaged after pick-up.



STANDARD SHIPPING

You can expect your order to ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once your order leaves our hands, it should arrive in 5-7 business days depending on the postal service.

STANDARD RETURNS

To maintain our attainable pricing, we do not accept returns. We do accept exchanges for store credit. If you place an online order, you will be responsible for return shipping. We are a small business and we thank you for your understanding on this policy. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a product damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it. Please email ecomm@twochicksandahammer.com with a photo of the damage to start this process. Once you email us a photo we will ship out a replacement product. Please allow for 5-7 business days shipping time for the item to arrive. Replacements only, not eligible for store credit.

Unfortunately, if the care instructions are not followed or an item is broken after delivery, we are not able to offer a replacement item.
