STANDARD RETURNS
Two Chicks District Co is a small business; with that in mind we will be offering exchanges or in store credit.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you received a product damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it. Please email ecomm@twochicksandahammer.com with a photo of the damage to start this process. Once the photo(s) are reviewed we will determine if item was initially damaged or damaged in transit, we will ship out a replacement product based on our findings. Please allow for 5-7 business days shipping time for the item to arrive. If item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
Unfortunately, if the care instructions are not followed or an item is broken after delivery, we are not able to offer a replacement item.
LOCAL PICKUP
All orders must be picked up within 3 days. Orders can be picked up inside Two Chicks District Co. Our hours are Monday- Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 11am-4pm. Please show your order confirmation at the register to collect your order.
